In recent years dampness and mould growth in buildings has become a more frequently encountered problem leading to unhealthy air quality and poor living conditions.

 

The Colemanator APP is ground breaking new APP intended to be used by building surveyors, home inspectors, drying specialists, landlords and even homeowners to determine air quality in circumstances where damp, mould and condensation are considered a problem.

The Smarter Way to Measure Internal Air Quality 

Using just a few user supplied details the APP calculates the psychrometric properties of the air and evaluates the Air Quality using parameters provided in an ‘Indoor Air Quality Matrix’ (IAQM). The Matrix provides smart data driven analysis which will assist the user in determining whether the air quality is good or bad and provide an aid to the diagnosis of condensation and mould.

Easy to Use

The Colemanator APP is simple and easy to use and you don’t have to be an experienced professional to use it. With the use of just a few simple instrument’s, basic parameters are entered into the APP to provide a simple to understand, detailed evaluation of the air quality and risk to mould growth.

Interpret Real Life Changes 

The Apps smart ‘Ambient Relative Humidity’ Matrix and the ‘Surface Relative Humidity Change’ matrix effectively presents variances of the IAQ results that can be achieved by simply manipulating the internal ambient conditions.

Mould Risk Assessment 

The IAQ Matrix also assesses the ‘Mould Risk to Surface’ based on the calculated measurement of relative humidity at the surface.
